Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Supperments / BG26 Ltd.

2. Nature of Products (Food Supplements): CleaningXCells™ and all products offered on this website are dietary food supplements. They are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

3. Pricing & Ordering: All prices displayed for the UK market are in British Pounds (£ GBP). Introductory pre-sale prices are clearly indicated. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors before confirming orders.

4. Payment: Payments for UK orders are processed securely online via encrypted payment gateways (Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). No card details are stored on our servers.

5. Consumer Rights & Returns: In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers possess a 14-day statutory right to cancel. Under Regulation 28(3)(a), products cannot be returned once the protective hygienic seal has been broken or unsealed.
