SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Order Processing: All orders are verified, packaged, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
United Kingdom & International Delivery:
- United Kingdom: 2 to 5 business days via Tracked Express Courier. Free delivery is provided on launch and qualifying protocol orders.
- European Union: 2 to 5 business days via Tracked Courier.
Tracking Your Order: As soon as your parcel is dispatched from our fulfillment hub, you will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your direct tracking link.
Pre-Sale Orders: Orders placed during introductory launch pre-sale periods are scheduled for priority dispatch in chronological order as batches arrive from production.
